Services

Eight things your accountant handles, in detail

This is what we actually do for every client: what we need from you, what you get from us, and how often. All of it is in the monthly plan.

01

Bookkeeping

Sales, purchases and expenses recorded as double-entry in your accounting software as they happen, with the supporting document kept for every entry.

Frequency: Ongoing

What we do

  • Every sales invoice, purchase and expense recorded as a double entry
  • The supporting document attached to each entry
  • Expenses classified on a chart of accounts built for your business
What we need from you
Photos of receipts and invoices as they come in, via the software or WhatsApp.
What you receive
Up-to-date books you can see in the software at any time.
02

VAT

We prepare the return, review output and input VAT, and file it with ZATCA after your approval and before the deadline.

Frequency: Monthly or quarterly

What we do

  • Review of output VAT on sales and deductible input VAT
  • The return prepared and reviewed with you before filing
  • Filed with ZATCA after your approval, before the deadline
What we need from you
Your approval of the return, then payment of the amount due via SADAD.
What you receive
A return filed on time, with a summary of the tax due and why.
03

E-invoicing

Tax and simplified invoices with a QR code under Phase 1 (generation), and we track your readiness for the integration phase when it applies to you.

Frequency: Ongoing

What we do

  • Tax and simplified invoices set up in your accounting software
  • Arabic and English invoices with a QR code, locked once posted
  • Tracking when the integration phase becomes due for your business
What we need from you
Your business and customer details during setup.
What you receive
Phase 1 (generation) compliant invoices, issued by you or your accountant.
04

Zakat

We calculate your zakat base, prepare and file the annual zakat return, and explain what drives the amount due.

Frequency: Yearly

What we do

  • Zakat base calculated from the year's books
  • The zakat return prepared and filed with ZATCA after your approval
  • A plain explanation of what drives the amount due
What we need from you
Your approval of the return, and any year-end documents we ask for.
What you receive
A zakat return filed before the deadline, with a written explanation.
05

Bank reconciliation

Your bank statement matched against the books, with any difference traced until it's closed.

Frequency: Monthly

What we do

  • Every statement line matched to its entry in the books
  • Differences traced until they're closed
  • Questions to you about any unknown transaction
What we need from you
Your bank statement as a CSV export each month.
What you receive
A monthly reconciliation with no differences, or a clear list of what needs your input.
06

Financial reports

Income statement, balance sheet and trial balance, with a short written summary of what the numbers mean for you.

Frequency: Monthly

What we do

  • Income statement
  • Balance sheet
  • Trial balance
What we need from you
Nothing extra; reports are built from your books.
