How it works
How we look after your books
You don't have to change how you work. Send your documents as they are, and we record, reconcile and close them while you see every number.
Getting started
Four steps to your first close
- 1
Free intro call
We learn about your business, transaction volume and tax position, and tell you plainly whether the plan fits.
- 2
Set up your accounting software
We build a chart of accounts for your business, enter opening balances, and configure tax and invoicing settings.
- 3
Send documents as they are
Snap a receipt and upload it to the software, which reads its QR code, or send it to your accountant. Export your bank statement as CSV each month.
- 4
Monthly close and report
We close the month, send you the reports and a summary of the key numbers, and flag anything that needs your approval before ZATCA deadlines.
The monthly cycle
What happens every month
During the month
Recorded as it happens
You send documents as they arrive and we record them in the software. Any question about an expense or invoice, we ask right away instead of saving it for month-end.
Early next month
Reconcile and close
You export your bank statement as CSV; we match it to the books, clear any differences and close the month.
After the close
Reports and returns
We send your reports and a summary of the key numbers. If a return is due, it comes to you for approval before the deadline.
Who does what
Between us, clearly
From you
- Photos of receipts and invoices as they arrive
- Your bank statement as CSV each month
- Approval of returns before they're filed
- A heads-up about any change in your business
From us
- Up-to-date entries in the software, visible any time
- A bank reconciliation every month
- Monthly financial reports with a written summary
- Returns filed on time
- Reminders of anything that needs your approval before ZATCA deadlines
The software
Your books live in cloud accounting software, not a spreadsheet on your accountant's laptop
We work on cloud accounting software called Accrufy, in Arabic and English and built for Saudi businesses. The subscription is included in the plan, and everything your accountant records, you see the moment it's recorded.
About the softwareAccess any time
Log in whenever you like and review invoices, entries and reports yourself.
Audit log
Every addition or change is recorded with who made it and when.
Compliant invoices
Arabic and English tax invoices with a QR code, locked once posted.
Receipt scanning
Upload a photo of a receipt and the software reads its QR code and records the expense.
The software currently covers Phase 1 of e-invoicing. Integration with the Fatoora platform (Phase 2) is not available in it yet, and we'll let you know well before it applies to your business.
Staying in touch
Your accountant is a message away
You deal with your dedicated accountant directly, on your working days and your clock.
WhatsApp
Quick questions and receipt photos.
Email
Reports, documents and formal correspondence.
